The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential”, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment.
Our philosophy and approach to coaching
We know that leadership can be tough. It sometimes means making unpopular decisions. It often means feeling alone and unsupported.
Some things that run through leaders’ minds are, “What if I’m not up to this?” “I feel like a fake.” “I don’t even know where to begin to solve this problem.” “My head feels like it’s full of tangled wool.” “I feel like I’m missing something here.” “What if I’ve wasted all this time and I’m not cut out for this role?”
